Waiting for a vaccine for a new virus a side effect of an experimental vaccine changed the world as we knew it. People started turning into half breeds of all different types of animals. These "new" versions of people were called hybrids. After a few years, millions of hybrids were created, Scientists used adults to make children and sell them as pets to "regular" humans. It's been 23 years since the virus started and still no cure.
