The grim reaper himself has gone crazy and death is out of control. People's life spans are shortened and anyone who sees someone dying gets sickness known as ''death insanity''. Those people are crazy beyond any help. And to make it even worse, people who kill acquire supernatural abilities. Luckily there is a group of those powered people known as Bounty hunters. They dedicated themself to catching powered criminals and most importantly - catching Death and bringing the world back to normal.
