Little Cetus has been sleeping better since we started telling stories that make darkness and the unknown less scary. He thinks Gengar, ghosties and spirits are alike—but different. He pats his Gengar plush: “Not a ghostie! Not a spirit! It’s Gengar!” I’m relieved. But what if one night he points somewhere: “Not Gengar! Not a ghostie! It’s a spirit!” ...Maybe I shouldn’t think about that.
