I actually appreciate my Puerto Rican culture, despite how annoying those stereotypes were to me. They taught me to develop my sense of independence and self-constructive criticism. Oh, and the schools I went to didn't actually have set unforms, but I liked wearing them because they made me look cute and preppy.
