Okay, I think about this every time I cross-post page 73. So, that clock is based on one at my dad's house. One day I was looking at it and noticed that, instead of using the correct IV roman numeral for "four", it used IIII. I've since noticed that a good amount of analogue clocks that use roman numerals use that same incorrect four, and it's just stuck in my brain ever since. Clock stories!!!
