Every night at exactly 2:13 AM, strange glowing lanterns appear outside the windows of a small town. Only certain teenagers can see them. When someone follows a lantern, it leads them somewhere impossible a forgotten version of the town, frozen in time, where shadows whisper secrets about the people they know.
