In the city of Hillwood The Royal Crime Family floods the city. However, they are no ordinary mafia, they are very organized with highly trained assassins that will no doubt pull the trigger if they have to. One of those people is a girl named Aspect (17 years old) she might be a teen but she is the highest qualified person in the mafia. After letting one victim go all hell breaks loose.
