One of the most heartbreaking things throughout my life has been the lack of understanding and communication between myself – An autistic person – and the people close to me. So many times, I have felt unheard, frustrated, or like an alien. No one can understand or no one will try to. I hope to change that for someone else through this story I intend to tell. Thank you to Megan for assisting in this project.
