In the cartooney town of Sunsville, it is Electro's mission to cause havoc and chaos where ever and whenever he pleases. Luck seems to not be on his side though; he's stopped at every evil turn by the heroic Blaze and Chill. Electro becomes the laughing stock of the villain world for his failures. How far is he willing to go to become the worst villain in Sunsville history?
