Sachi hears of an elderly neighbor needing a caretaker as she helps find them their nephew, a young doctor that lived in the city, to take on the role of a caretaker. When all his money quickly depleted he is forced to stay there as they both take on random part time jobs in the town. Yep, that sounds normal. Good.
