Footsteps crack the chatter and noise of the city. The uniformed eyes peer into the urbanity for a shadow, deemed irreplaceable, yet little is known about. Orders are orders after all. She slips into the cracks of shadow the people: too glaze-eyed with their surroundings to notice. The speckle of lights always shimmer the best amongst them. Uncovering which light means friend or just an imitation of one, can she discover what it means to be alive and her meaning of self in this lowly world.
