A fan-made prequel to the film Osmosis Jones, Heart Burn explores the backstory of the movie's villain, Thrax, through the eyes of Scarlette Cyte, a spoiled brain cell girl who finds herself way in over her head as she pays the price for her poor decisions and learns the harsh reality that is the "kill or be killed" life of a virus.
