Rye is a struggling high school dropout just trying to make it through life and support himself. He's made a lot of mistakes but is trying to make up for them. When he finds out no one will hire him but his old boss that he ran away from, he has no other options. There he meets a group of weird and strange people who slowly start to grow on him. But because of his past trauma (and emotional incompetence) will he mess up the little that he has now? Will he let his past define him forever?
