Collin is a young boy who's basically, the new: "Leatherface". There's no problem to be a serial killer who cut the skin of his victims with a chainsaw in the monster world. The real problem is that Collin is NOT a monster and still less a killer. He is just a human who had a bloody and no-wanted accident with the ancient Leatherface. And now, he must go to Hat-Valley School: a high school for monsters where he could meet people like him, the "Monsters With Professional Difficulties".
