Happy pill is a drug, that deceive patients, it calms and cure their mental illnesses. Momentarily, the side effects of happy pill will provoke the negative thoughts of the patients, and creepy voices will appear to mess up their minds; it will encourage the patient to commit such crimes. This journey circulates on Mizera Nayogami and Akira Salvador, that will eventually learn more about happy pill.
