A stranger finds a mysterious boy on the side of the street. She wakes him up, to see if he is lost. He doesn't understand how he got to the street and appears to have amnesia. The stranger turns around to call someone, and the boy starts to have a coughing fit. He coughed something in his hand. It's a petal. The boy stumbles backwards and passes out. The woman decides to take him to her house, to help him find out who he is. Author's note: I am aware "hanahaki" is spelled wrong.
