Twenty years ago Shredder killed Splinter and Leo left his brothers behind to hunt him down. The team fell apart not long after. But now Leo is back in New York and the foot and the purple dragons are both waging war. As the turtles face their own internal battles, they also face each other. Raph has a lot of secrets, and is hunting down the Purple Dragons as the Night Watcher with Mona & Shadow Jones is now out as the Vigilantress, and is determined to learn everything about the turtles past.
