H2O is a story about Alex and Zoe, two teenagers who get powers where they can control or change water. Alex has the power to control water, and Zoe has the power to freeze water. Together, they discover their powers, but they aren't the only ones who know about their powers. Someone else knows, and they are very interested in the two teens.
