Turner is a boy with dreams of seeing the world. Issa is a girl driven by a need to make the world better. The problem? The world they live in is litterally turned on its head. The ground is above while the sky looms beneath. Anything that falls down is lost forever. And while people have adapted to this way of living, there are forces threatening to upend it all.
