I think the kids were five when this happened. It was a 15 floor building, and we had no clue what floor they were going to get off on or how to find them, so it was sheer panic as the elevator closed and the kids were screaming for help! Luckily, a older woman found them and stayed with them until we figured it out. Oy veh!
