Norman is a normal Endurian kid -- or at least, that's what his classmates think. No one knows that he's a glower - part of a human race that sprung up in the twenty second century, Wielandian glowers have amplified abilities to control certain elements. Due to the different ideologies between the two nations, Endura and Wieland have never been on good terms - but when glowers begin to seek refuge in Endura, the tension ignites.
