After his brother's sudden death, 19 year old Junwon travels to the city of Silver Hill to collect his belongings from an apartment he lived in temporarily. In his belongings, he finds a business card with the name "GLOOM." and an address. Junwon travels to the address and comes across a mysterious dark magician named Ren Ito and his partner Kei. He discovers that they grant people's wishes in exchange for a human soul.
