Cerulean is a semi-normal kid who lives in a world filled with monsters and magical creatures. However, Cerulean himself does not possess magic of any kind, and unlike similar stories, is not discriminated against or made fun of due to that fact. Imperial is a ghost. Cerulean and Imperial are close friends, who are contracted together, preventing them from being too far apart from each other.
