A young Girl gets caught up in a crossfire between two supernatural beings - a man who works with Death to ferry the souls of the dead via The Ghost Train, aptly named The Conductor, and a dangerous shadow-controlling demon woman named Vesper – and ends up with supernatural powers. The Girl learns how to harness & control her new powers under Conductor, but slowly unravels the mystery of past events that connect him and Vesper, and why she’s hell-bent on murdering him and others for their souls.
