Millie a middle school animal lover finds out that she can see and speak to the ghosts of peoples pets. After discovering this she decides to help the animals and bring them back to the owners so that even if no one knows they are there the pets will still be home. Millie ends up adopting a ghost cat she names cookies and cream or CC because of her cute little spots.
