In the world of Get Homicidal, creatures called Prints are born with you at birth and bury themselves in the furrows of your fingerprints, only coming out when you need or want them to. Some people use them to help others, while the ones that do the opposite are titled, "Homicidals". When Jack and his partner Mute get a promotion to Homicidal Hunters, they are sent on their first mission with their captain, Dawn, to Needle Valley in search of a Homicidal named Scol.
