Based on a true story, Genesis follows the trials of a young anthropomorphic cat named Rose at her first job in the sparsely populated town of Maywood. When girls her age begin mysteriously disappearing across town and panic ensues, Rose begins to question who she can and can't trust and learns one of the most valuable life lessons one can: that not everybody is who they seem to be.
