An anti-social boy who's struggling to seek a cure for his unknown illness that slowly ruining his life in a city that terrorized by an unknown creature called "GENDERUWO", and so this boy who's in his peak of stress commit despicable things and causes a supernatural event to happen to him, he realized its "strange" similarity with this unknown creature, and so begin to go down his first clue yet didn't realize he's stepping into a strange world full of madness that exists within the city.
