Thyme's life is dismal - his parents force him to be his birth sex. To make things worse, he's the princess of the whole kingdom. Everything changes when he runs away, up a nearby mountain, thus taking a risk that could result in death. Instead of his demise, he finds Vermilion, a (lonely?) witch who's lived in fear for too long. Together, they fight the rumors that surround them, all while avoiding their love. Oh, and the kingdom that wants them dead, but what could go wrong?
