In the early 21st Century the world was in ruin with barely functioning societies and by 2049 is rebuilding back to it's original state. There is Governmental Control, Espers, Vampires, Mutants, Cyborgs, and the Dracula Bloodline who hunt our two characters as they've become Espers as well. (Work in Progress. Things will change later on)
