Some friends wanted to eat the white soup. Don't. He's making candles and soap out of animal fat. No eating! I've looked up lots of makey things for this comic, like leather making, soap making, candle making, meat smoking....other than the meat smoking (usually smaller structures are used, and you don't stand in them, oops), I think most of these are accurate. Other than the magic light rocks.
