Romero, a shy boy, is forced to leave his normal life behind and escape through a magical portal that takes him to another world, where he meets Rubí, a kind and enthusiastic girl. They both realize that people are being controlled by something and begin a quest for their freedom. Will they be able to find what is keeping them under control and free them?
