Baysea is a strange little city on the west coast and Sweets, a washed up magical girl, thinks it might change her life. She's not the only one. The town is overcrowded with people from everywhere all with hopes of getting a piece of the big mystery. Everyone's got problems, Sweet's are just slightly more interesting at the moment.
