In a society where everybody has a power, Camille sits at rock bottom. She's in a low class at her school, and doesn't have any influence over others. Then there's Lorelei, she's the perfect human being. Camille wants advice from Lorelei, and after getting it, she tries it out. But how can something change so quickly? Will everything finally be okay for Camille?
