Jack Striden is one of many refugees living on the space colony, Fate-1, after a cataclysm known as the "Zero wave" left planet earth in ruins. Though living a peaceful life among the stars, Jack's thoughts often return to the planet that was once his home, as well as loved ones left behind. However, his life as an average college student is soon turned upside down when he finds himself caught up in a conflict between the earth, and the colony he believed to be mankind's last bastion.
