A woman traps a class on a field trip in a mysterious orange tree. While five are couscous the rest are in a coma. Four of the five leave while the fifth is left behind. The fifth does escape but everything has changed. The people think the fifth is one of the monsters that appeared while the fifth was trapped and the other four deny knowing him. What will happen to them all when they travel to destroy the monsters.
