Lillyan, or Lilly, is in her third year of university and urgently needs to find a new flat. Fortunately, her older brother just moved out, and his roommate is looking for a new flatmate. The challenge is that one potential flatmate is her brother's annoying childhood best friend, while another is a university friend who inexplicably dislikes her. Grace is her only ally in the situation and will also live with them.
