Sometimes Peggy thinks about how much easier life would be if everyone were birds. Birds are so loyal, goofy, and have so much unconditional love to give. If she felt half as comfortable around people as she did birds she wouldn't feel so anxious and nervous all the time. If only birds could talk to her; they could be her friends. But that's impossible... right?
