In the horror genre, a “Final Girl” is the one woman (or in a more contemporary sense, the one individual) who survives a horror movie. In Final Girls Final Four, dozens of the greatest Final Girls from across the genre have been transported to a strange alien world where they will be forced to compete in a winner-take-all death game where the last woman standing wins the right to return home.
