Life isn't always fair or kind, at some points, it can get pretty brutal and all you want is a second chance or for everything to just end. That's exactly what Robin got, a new life, a new face, a new world, and cool powers. The downsides are the life he now has was already started for him, and he's been dropped in the middle of a rebellion from the underworld.
