Variants used to face persecution for their supernatural gifts, but now they’ve become integral parts of society (especially when it comes to monster hunting). The story follows students at Briar School for the Gifted and their Variant Class, a course designed to help young variants learn to master their unique abilities and defend themselves against the growing monster threat. Along the way, they start to uncover who the real monsters truly are.
