2012, Hilo: atop the submerged wreckage of an alien vessel there is a growing, apartheid style techno-empire right in the middle of United States territory. The man at the head of it all is Meier Tenant: a billionaire property mogul who lives a truly unreal life wherein he can, seemingly, get away with just about anything.
