Two twins Naoko Kane and Akiho Kane lived calmy in a small town with their older sister until what their town calls "The Wreckage." A storm hit their town destroying building and killing many only to have a large flood wash it away. Very few have survived The Wreckage. They survived to become part of the new generation right?
