In futuristic Shanghai, memories are stored in data towers by Tian Yun Corporation, allowing only the wealthy to reincarnate, while the poor remain frozen. When ancient Folklores manifest from shared myths, wreaking havoc in the towers, the government forms the Fa Jin department. These specialized hunters, trained in Jin energy, must climb the towers to battle the mythic creatures and repair the memory servers, fighting to save the city from destruction.
