Ohta is used to be on the top but one day his victims have the great idea to gang up on him. He wakes up in the police station and it turns out that he passed out and lost. His grandfather brings him home that day and reveals a secret. Ohta runs into an old friend who “forces” him to start a gang. He never thought that the gang would become as big as it did and now they get roped up in all kinds of trouble and maybe learn the seacret to why the government sealed the peoples unusual powers.
