It's a small world and it's even smaller for these unfortunate souls, whose stories interweave in curious ways. As Dementio, Lucidia, Eris, Sloth, and Archer meet their fates, they find each other to blame for aspects of their lives and deaths. They wind up in the waiting room of souls, forever doomed to battle each other, and their own boredom. As they eventually begin to travel in and out of the living world, they slowly learn of their purpose when welcomed into The Official Purgatory.
