It starts off with our main protagonist Shiki Alvarez along with his 2 best friends, Adrian Gunbuster, and Quinton Pollymer, who discover a portal device that was left by Shiki's grandfather. A device that takes them to another dimension. They find out they were chosen as the guardians to protect the parallel world from any evil rising, as well a mission to defeat a powerful and unexpected enemy that lurks in the shadows.
