Assuming the name of their role, Trainee joins the Everything Office, where every problem has any solution. The Doctor and Receptionist are not as welcoming as they'd hoped, and the trainee finds themselves constantly having to make up for their lack of education with emotional intelligence and problem solving skills, something the other two members of the office definitely lack.
