After get kicked for several times, Harvey ask his friends to help him finding new dorm. Surprisingly he got it quick. New apartment, furnished, free water and electricity. Almost perfect for a senior year student. Unless he has to deal with his new roomates who seems to hate him. Hope he won't get kicked this time.
