Hisakawa Akira, he is known to be one of the fastest swimmers during his childhood in Numazu, Japan. Until one day a incident made him stop his career of becoming a professional swimming athlete and a job offer made his family move to the Philippines. Now in second year high school, he is now known to be a trouble maker and a musician. He thought he would spend his high school days as a delinquent until a new rival named Aguado Orion jumps into his life and apparently changes it forever.
